Every year, 3rd graders throughout Sioux County are given the opportunity to receive a donated tree. Trees are donated by the Sioux County Pheasants Forever and the Sioux County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Trees are passed out to the students in April, and a short presentation is given on how to plant and care for the trees.
